The Site is provided for informational purposes only. Photographs are our property or that of the families we've served, published with their permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Written quotes are valid for 30 days. A commission begins when you sign a written proposal and remit the first of three scheduled payments. Custom stone orders are non-refundable once fabrication has begun; we will always work with a family in good faith to resolve concerns.
Every stone leaves the shop with a lifetime warranty on granite integrity and a five-year warranty on sandblast lettering, delivered in writing. Marble commissions carry a fifty-year warranty due to the natural characteristics of the material. The warranty covers workmanship; it does not cover vandalism, ground subsidence outside our foundation, cemetery equipment, or acts of God.
We handle cemetery permits and setting within our fourteen-county service area. For commissions shipped further, the buyer is responsible for a qualified setter and any receiving-cemetery fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that commission. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or emotional-distress damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of Butte County, California.
