How long does a monument take to complete?

From design approval, most upright monuments leave our shop between eight and twelve weeks. Flat markers are typically six to eight. Custom sculpture and civic commissions run longer — often four to six months.

Do you handle cemetery permits and setting?

Yes. We hold vendor accounts with every public cemetery in Butte County and most private cemeteries across the Sacramento Valley. Permit fees are itemized on your quote, and Sam and his crew set every stone we deliver.

Can we bring our own design?

Absolutely. Sketches on a napkin are as welcome as CAD files. Anna will work with you to translate any concept into a proof suitable for the sandblast bench.

What is the warranty?

Every stone leaves the shop with a lifetime warranty on granite integrity and a five-year warranty on sandblast lettering, given to you in writing. Marble carries a fifty-year warranty due to the natural softness of the stone.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We split most commissions into three equal payments: at design approval, at completion, and at setting. No interest, no third-party financing.

Can you add a name to a monument already in place?

Yes — cemetery lettering is one of our regular services. We work on-site with portable sandblasting equipment; most inscriptions are added in a single day.

What areas do you serve?

Fourteen counties in Northern California, including Butte, Glenn, Colusa, Sutter, Yuba, Tehama, Shasta, Plumas, Lassen, Placer, Yolo, Sacramento, Nevada, and Sierra.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Personal checks, ACH transfer, all major credit cards (a 2.9% processing fee applies), and cash.
